Visit the Old Exchange and Provost Dungeon on Saturday, May 24th from 10:00 - 5:00 for a full day of Pirates, including an historic reenactment of a pirate trial at 2:00. Pirate experts and speakers include Kevin Duffus, Jeremy Moss, Adam Morrow and me. At 11:30, I will be discussing Edgar Allan Poe and his contributions to the creation of the classic pirate story through his short story, "The Gold Bug" set right here in Charleston.
